After a long hunt, I stumbled upon my ideal bed at House of Bling. It's stunning and even more gorgeous in real life than it appeared online! Super comfy and feels so fancy - never thought I'd have something like this in my place. I'm really thrilled with this buy and totally suggest House of Bling to anyone in the market for a new bed!

The item itself is fantastic, but the delivery and after-sales support are just terrible. I checked in with the delivery crew the night before my scheduled delivery to make sure everything was on track. They told me it was unlikely since they couldn't reach the courier. Then, I get a text the next morning at 11 AM saying the delivery was still on for that day, with the driver set to arrive at 4 PM.

At 2 PM, the delivery driver calls to say he’s at my place. I was actually 30 minutes away on a job since I’m self-employed. So, I rush home to meet the delivery—OMG!

The guy drags my brand new cinema sofa into the living room all by himself. I had to ask if he had any lifting gear because he scratched my hallway wall with the first piece he brought in. After I asked, he finally used some lifting equipment.

Then he asks if I want the sofa put together, and I say yes. But then he tells me he doesn’t know where I want it set up, even though the room was empty and there was a big cinema projector on the wall. At this point, I was fed up and just wanted him out of my house.

As he was leaving, I asked about my extra scatter pillows, and he told me to reach out to customer service. I’ve called, sent multiple emails, and even WhatsApp messages, but I’m still in the dark about the five extra pillows we paid £100 for.

I sent one last email tonight, and if I don’t hear back by Friday evening, I’m going to file a small claim against the company. It’s a shame because we had great service before, and the product is amazing, but I won’t be ordering from them again, no matter how good the product is.

We got ourselves a cinema sofa, a U-shaped couch, and a bed from House of Bling, and we’re really pleased with the service; it’s been fantastic.

There was a minor issue with one of the sofas being a bit too long, but Hob was super helpful, took it back for us, and had it fixed in under 10 days before bringing it back.
Communication has been top-notch, and all the products are stunning and worth every penny—can’t complain at all.

Thanks a bunch! I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about them.

I’d totally suggest House of Bling! I’m really loving my new Washington bed; it’s gorgeous and super well constructed.

I got myself a king-size TV bed from HOB. The delivery was super quick. They kept me in the loop, and I'm really pleased with what I bought.

I ordered the Dior TV bed along with an emperor-sized bed and my Harry cinema sofa. The service was top-notch—quick and super efficient. The delivery crew was really nice and professional, and the quality of the furniture is just perfect.

So glad I discovered House of Bling!

I caught them being dishonest. They tried to charge me more through an invoice than what I saw at checkout. When I asked them why they were invoicing me for a higher amount, they flat out refused to explain, even after I sent them a screenshot from their site. I pressed them for an answer to my perfectly reasonable question, but they just couldn’t respond because they were caught red-handed.

On top of that, their customer service on WhatsApp was super rude and abrupt, with no apologies whatsoever. Do your homework on this company before you make a purchase. Other reviewers have pointed out that there are two House of Blings on Trustpilot; the other one has a 2-star rating, and their comments echo my experience. It’s hard to believe this company deserves a good rating on Trustpilot, so don’t take that at face value!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. The company's response below is intentionally misleading and false. This isn’t just my opinion; it’s a fact. I have their invoice and a screenshot of their checkout showing they charged me more than what was listed on their site - that’s a fact! They’re trying to confuse things and avoid answering my question: why the higher invoice amount? Why would any decent company dodge that question? You’ve been warned - steer clear!
